Return & Replacement Policy

Return Eligibility: You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery in case of:

• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong item received
• Expired product delivered

Conditions for Return:

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Invoice and proof of purchase are required
• Items like opened bottles, used products, or those without original packaging are not eligible for return

Return Process:

• Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp
• Share your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable)
• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the process

Refunds/Replacement:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after product inspection
• Replacements are shipped immediately after approval
